Sinking in escapism Gliding into anarchism Turn for help to panarchism Hide behind whataboutism In a train to no union state Believe the hype and go wipe the hate And get tickets to ‘kiss me Kate’ To escape the fate “Me” in French is “moi” What is “quoi” This is not my bra I will never touch fois gras Et voilà aha.. Drifting down a slippery slope I don’t think you are no top Just a loser with no hope Supervisor, archbishop Climbing up to the top nine Cause number ten does not shine Don’t push me to a selective test I might protest and will not rest Until I get everything off my chest To avoid a daylight heist Sinking in escapism Gliding into anarchism Turn for help to panarchism Hide behind whataboutism Not again “Me” in French is “moi” What is “quoi” This is not my bra I will never touch fois gras Et voilà aha.. Meeting again In a train With fire in the eyes that won’t wane Which is not ‘Bernina express’ Pushing the button of SOS Flying beyond reasonableness Feels like we are going to be smashed Carried away by waves crashing the rocks It’s ridiculous but nobody mocks By a train driver who is over the hill Who is going to pay the bill? “Me” in French is “moi” What is “quoi” This is not my bra I will never touch fois gras Et voilà..

about

One way of escapism is taking a roller coaster in an entertainment park as a mean of recharging the batteries, get a natural high, and fulfill the compulsion for thrill rides and the sense of a controlled fear.

The song is about a situation where you realize that riding  a roller coaster became the reality, fear can’t be controlled anymore, and there is no place to escape to.

There is a constant feeling of chaos, everything is falling apart with no reliable driver in the front seat. A relocation is considered, France as a metaphor, can protest be the first step towards building a new and better world?
